According to the following scheme, the device comprises a base, universal wheels with brakes are fixed to the four corners of the bottom of the base, positioning locking devices are slidably arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the top of the base,and the positioning locking devices comprise inclined baffles, arc-shaped plates, first locking mechanisms, second locking mechanisms and third locking mechanisms, wherein the first locking mechanisms, the second locking mechanisms and the third locking mechanisms are sequentially arranged between the inclined baffles and the arc-shaped plates from top to bottom. According to the device, the two positioning locking mechanisms can be pushed to get close to each other, so that first push rod motors push clamping plates to clamp pile bodies; the first locking mechanisms, the second locking mechanisms and the third locking mechanisms clamp the pile bodies in a three-section mode, so that the pile bodies is prevented from inclining; the automatic adjustment can be conducted according to the diameter of the pile bodies, so that the device is suitable for clamping pile bodies with different diameters; and the four corners of the bottom of the base are stably supported, so that the deviation of the base caused by vibration generated during pile body sinking is avoided.
