The stagnant water removal method comprises the steps that the stagnant water removal device is adopted, stagnant water gaps form the closed space, and then thewater suction unit is driven to suck water into the storage unit through the vacuumizing unit. The technical problem of incomplete cleaning of the stagnant water in the gap space between the bottom plate of the pool body and a foundation existing in the prior art is solved, and the effects of thoroughly cleaning the stagnant water, preventing leakage and improving work efficiency are achieved.
