The invention discloses a retaining structure of a fill slope. The retaining structure of the fill slope is characterized by comprising bored piles, a bearing platform and a retaining piece, and at least parts of the bored piles are located in a stable stratum; the bearing platform is connected between the upper parts of the at least two bored piles; and the retaining piece is fixed on the bearingplatform, is positioned on the outer side of the fill slope, and plays a role in retaining the fill slope. The invention further provides a construction method of the retaining structure of the fillslope. According to the retaining structure of the fill slope and the construction method of the retaining structure, the retaining structure has the advantages of being high in overturning resistance, high in safety degree and good in structural stability.
