The invention relates to a movable arm and engineering machinery, and provides the movable arm and the engineering machinery in order to solve the problem that a working device of the engineering machinery is difficult to replace. The movable arm comprises a rear movable arm and a front movable arm, wherein a horizontal pin shaft is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the connecting end face ofone of the rear movable arm and the front movable arm; a U-shaped hook matched with the horizontal pin shaft is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the connecting end face of the other one of the rear movable arm and the front movable arm; a connecting plate and a connected plate which are vertical to the horizontal pin shaft are fixedly arranged on the lower parts of the connecting end faces ofthe rear movable arm and the front movable arm correspondingly; coaxial pin holes are formed in the connecting plate and the connected plate; and bolts which can be inserted into the coaxial pin holes in the connecting plate and the connected plate are arranged on the connecting plate. By the movable arm, the working device of the engineering machinery can be replaced without hoisting equipment,and can be automatically assembled and connected; and the movable arm is convenient, easy and safe to operate.
