The invention discloses a thermal insulation nail capable of being conveniently mounted and positioned. The thermal insulation nail capable of being conveniently mounted and positioned comprises an expanding tube, a bolt, a fixed wafer, first reinforcing ribs and seams, wherein the bottom center of the fixed wafer is fixedly provided with one expanding tube; a through hole which is adaptive to theexpanding tube is formed in the fixed wafer; the expanding tube consists of a main body part, an expanding part and a tube head part; the two ends of the expanding part are separately connected to the main body part and the tube head part; the main body part is connected to the fixed wafer; the tube head body is a solid; two seams which extend from top to bottom are formed in the expanding part,and the two seams are symmetrically distributed; the two seams are used for dividing the expanding body into two half tube bodies; two first reinforcing ribs which extend from top to bottom are arranged on the outer wall of the expanding tube; the first reinforcing ribs extend to the tube head part from the main body part; and one first reinforcing rib is connected on each half tube body. The first reinforcing ribs are arranged on the expanding tube, so that the expanding tube is not liable to deform while inserted, and therefore, insertion and positioning of the expanding tube are convenient.
