The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated wall body and a construction process thereof, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The concrete prefabricated wall body comprises a wallboard, one side of the wallboard is fixedly provided with a guide part, the other side of the wallboard is provided with a guide groove; a plurality of first connecting columns and at leastone water stop plate are fixedly arranged on one end, adjacent to the guide part, of the wallboard, a plurality of grouting sleeves capable of being arranged outside the first connecting columns in asleeving mode and at least one inserting groove are fixedly arranged on the other end of the wallboard; and the construction process comprises the steps that 1, positioning columns are fixed to a floor slab in advance according to the spacing positions of the grouting sleeves on the prefabricated wall body, 2, a first wallboard is mounted on the floor slab, so that the grouting sleeves are inserted into the positioning columns, then a second wallboard is assembled, the guide groove of the second wallboard is aligned with the guide part of the first wallboard until the floor slab on the lowestlayer is completely assembled, and 3, the step 2 is repeated, and the upper layer of the wallboard are sequentially spliced above the lower layer of the wallboard until all the wallboards are spliced.The concrete prefabricated wall body and the construction process thereof have the advantage of preventing water seepage and peeling of gaps of an assembled wall body.
