The invention discloses a building thermal insulation wall. The building thermal insulation wall comprises a base body. The outer side of the base body forms a hollow cavity with an open outer end. The outer open end is sealed by a transparent glass plate, the inner end of the transparent glass plate is vertically provided with more than one middle partitions from top to bottom, a thermal insulation cavity is formed between the adjacent middle partitions, a gap cavity is formed between each middle partition and the inner surface of the base body, each gap cavity is filled with a thermal insulation layer, one side of each thermal insulation layer is in contact with the inner side of the base body, the other side of each thermal insulation layer is in contact with one side of the corresponding middle partition, each thermal insulation cavity is internally provided with a telescoping partition piece, the bottom of the outer end of the base body is provided with a stepping partition portion, and the partition pieces are opened by extruding the stepping partition portion. The wall can absorb the heat of external light during the day, and can slowly release the heat at night to increasethe indoor temperature and save energy.
