A first gear and a first belt wheel are fixedly arranged on the motor shaft. A rotating column is rotationally connected between the centrifugal cavity and the water absorption cavity. A water drainage device for water drainage is arranged in the water drainage cavity. A water absorption device for water absorption is arranged in the water absorption cavity. By means of the equipment, accumulated water on a roof can be automatically treated, the operation that holes are complexly formed in the roof and water pipes are complexly mounted is not needed, and impurities in watercan be filtered out so as to collect and utilize accumulated water.
