The invention discloses a building water discharging pipeline filtering and cleaning device. A body is included and internally provided with a rectangular work cavity opened upwards and downwards. Anupper side opening and a lower side opening of the work cavity are provided with conversion heads capable of being connected with a water discharging pipe in a matched manner. A collecting cavity opened leftwards is formed in the right end wall of the work cavity and internally provided with a compression device. A pushing-out cavity opened rightwards is formed in the left end wall of the work cavity. By means of the building water discharging pipeline filtering and cleaning device, garbage mixed in water can be filtered out in time, smoothness of the water discharging pipe is guaranteed, normal water discharging work can be conducted on the building roof, meanwhile, garbage stacked on a filter plate can be preliminarily compressed, accordingly, space in the collecting cavity is saved, andthe storage amount of the collecting cavity is increased.
