The invention provides a ceramic tile laying structure and a ceramic tile construction process, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The ceramic tile laying structure comprisesa foundation, a laying supporting assembly and ceramic tiles, mounting holes are formed in pre-paid-off line intersections on the foundation, the laying supporting assembly comprises air grids and dry-hanging nail pieces, the bottom ends of the dry-hanging nail pieces are mounted in the mounting holes, the air grids are arranged in square areas defined by the mounting holes, the ceramic tiles arelaid on the sides, away from the foundation, of the air grids, grouting layers are formed between the ceramic tiles and the foundation, and the dry-hanging nail pieces are fixed to the corners of theceramic tiles in a supported mode. The air grids are placed in a rectangular frame among pre-paid-off lines, and the ceramic tiles are laid above circular supporting plates in the four sets of dry-hanging nail pieces for fixing; and the grouting layers between the foundation and the ceramic tiles are grouted, because the air grids reserved in the grouting layers occupy a certain space, adopted grouting materials are reduced, and the grouting materials can be saved.
本发明提供了瓷砖铺贴结构及瓷砖施工工艺,属于建筑施工技术领域。该瓷砖铺贴结构包括地基、铺贴支撑组件和瓷砖。所述地基上的预放线交叉处开设有安装孔,所述铺贴支撑组件包括空气栅和干挂钉件,所述干挂钉件底端安装于所述安装孔,且所述空气栅设置于所述安装孔围成的方形区域内,瓷砖铺贴在所述空气栅远离所述地基一侧,且所述瓷砖与所述地基之间形成有注浆层,所述干挂钉件支撑固定于所述瓷砖边角处。把空气栅放置在预放线之间的矩形框中,将瓷砖铺贴在四组干挂钉件中的圆型托板上方进行固定;向地基与瓷砖之间的注浆层进行注浆操作,由于注浆层内预留有空气栅占有一定的空间,使用的注浆材料减少,可节约注浆材料的使用。
