Aluminum alloy formwork, connecting and compressing structure and connecting method thereof
The invention relates to an aluminum alloy formwork, belongs to the technical field of building aluminum alloy formworks and solves a problem of how to design an aluminum alloy formwork which is freeof perforating and convenient to disassemble. Stiffening rib side plates are vertically fixed to a plane plate at a certain distance from a transverse edge of the plane plate in an X axis direction ofthe plane plate, and the two stiffening rib side plates are parallel to each other; a stiffening rib connecting plate comprises side supporting plates and a connecting part; the side supporting plates are vertically fixed to the plane plate at a certain distance from the edge of the plane plate in a Y axis direction of the plane plate, and the two side supporting plates are parallel to each other; the two stiffening rib side plates and the two side supporting plates are welded end to end and encircle a groove with the plane plate. The connecting part comprises a plurality of integrally formedT-shaped clip keys for connecting two adjacent aluminum alloy formworks, and the T-shaped clip keys are vertically connected successively and extend toward outside of the groove in the Y axis direction. The compressing structure comprises two compressing parts connected to a connecting bolt, so that the utilization ratio of the aluminum alloy formwork is improved and the aluminum alloy formwork is convenient to detach.
