Method for reinforcing plastic formwork at internal corner of shear wall
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a method for reinforcing a plastic formwork at an internal corner of a shear wall. The method comprises the steps that after two L-shaped right-angle structures formed by welding two rectangular steel back edges are prepared, formwork positioning steel bars are welded to vertical ribs of wall columns of the shear wall, and then a plastic inner formwork and a plastic outer formwork are installed on the two sides of the formwork positioning steel bars respectively; then, the external corner of one L-shaped right-angle structure abuts against the internal corner of the plastic inner formwork, and the internal corner of the other L-shaped right-angle structure abuts against the external corner of the plastic outer formwork; then, the two L-shaped right-angle structures, the plastic inner formwork and the plastic outer formwork are connected together through split bolts. The method is easy and convenientto operate, and labor and time are saved; the internal corner of the shear wall is reliably limited at a right angle, the reinforcing effect on the internal corner of the shear wall is improved, andthe strength and overall performance of the reinforcing structure are improved; and meanwhile, the flatness and perpendicularity of the plastic formwork can be improved, and the problems of formwork expansion, formwork explosion and the like are effectively avoided.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种剪力墙阴角处的塑料模板加固方法,通过在制备2个由两块矩形钢背楞焊接而成的L形直角结构后,于剪力墙墙柱的立筋上焊接模板定位钢筋,然后于模板定位钢筋的两侧分别安装塑料内模板和塑料外模板;之后将一L形直角结构的阳角抵靠在塑料内模板的阴角处,将另一L形直角结构的阴角抵靠在塑料外模板的阳角处;然后采用对拉螺栓将2个L形直角结构、塑料内模板、塑料外模板连接在一起;该方法操作简单方便,省工省时;使得剪力墙阴角得到了可靠的直角限制,提高了对剪力墙阴角的加固效果,并提高了加固结构的强度与整体性能,同时有利于改善塑料模板的平整度以及垂直度,有效避免涨模、爆模等问题。
