The invention discloses a prefabricated ALC partition wall construction method. The prefabricated ALC partition wall construction method comprises the following steps: S1, performing wallboard transportation and storage according to a predetermined stacking standard; S2, performing laying out of construction; S3, installing pipe clamps; S4, taking wallboards in place and performing adjustment; S5,fixing the pipe clamps, wherein the pipe clamps are connected and fixed to concrete beams or slabs of a roof through long shot nails; and S6, performing board seam repair and wall surface treatment,wherein the seams between the lower ends of the wallboards and the floor are densely filled with 1:3 cement mortar, wooden wedges are taken out after the mortar is hardened, the space of the wooden wedges is filled with homogeneous mortar, the upper end gaps of the wallboards and the connection between the wallboards and the column wall are filled with a PU foaming agent and PE rods, the surface is filled with repair mortar to be flat, and the wallboard splicing seams are filled with repair mortar to be flat. The fabricated ALC partition wall construction method has low construction cost, short construction period, less construction cost and high construction efficiency.
