The invention relates to the field of household building materials, and particularly discloses a universal connecting piece, a connecting assembly and a shower room. The universal connecting piece comprises a mounting base portion and a socket portion, wherein the socket portion comprises two socket arms which are arranged in parallel, and one ends of the two socket arms are fixedly connected withthe mounting base portion; an inserting groove is formed between the two socket arms, and limiting teeth are partially or completely distributed on the inner wall of the inserting groove in the length direction of the socket arms; and clamping grooves perpendicular to the socket arms are further formed in the inner wall of the inserting groove. The universal connecting piece can meet the requirements of connection of a frame-type front room and a frameless rotating shaft door simultaneously, the universality of parts is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
