High-temperature-resistant multi-layer laminated anti-flaming fireproof glass
The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant multi-layer laminated anti-flaming fireproof glass. The high-temperature-resistant multi-layer laminated anti-flaming fireproof glass comprises anouter frame assembly, a filter element assembly and a glass assembly. The outer frame assembly is composed of an outer frame, a connecting block and an inner frame. The filter element assembly is composed of an active carbon layer and a high-temperature-resistant glue layer. The glass assembly is composed of a middle glass piece, an inner glass piece, a drying frame and an outer glass piece. According to the high-temperature-resistant multi-layer laminated anti-flaming fireproof glass, firstly, due to the inner filter element type cooling design, the effect that heat in the multi-layer glass flows out is improved, in addition, due to adsorption of active carbon, external dust particles are effectively prevented from seeping into the glass, and the transparency and the cleanliness of the glass are guaranteed; secondly, in cooperation with a drying hollow structure, water molecules can be adsorbed, and certain isolating and heat resisting effects are achieved; finally, in cooperation with an ultraviolet-resistant layer, absorption of the glass for ultraviolet rays is reduced; and in conclusion, the high-temperature-resistant and anti-flaming effects are achieved in a multi-layer laminated manner, and therefore a good fireproof purpose is achieved.
本发明公开了一种耐高温多层夹膜阻燃型防火玻璃,包括外框组件、滤芯组件和玻璃组件组成,所述的外框组件由外层框、连接块和内层框组成,所述的滤芯组件由活性炭层和耐高温胶层组成,所述的玻璃组件由中间玻璃片、内层玻璃片、干燥框和外层玻璃片,该一种耐高温多层夹膜阻燃型防火玻璃,首先由内层滤芯式散热设计,不仅提高多层玻璃内部的热量向外流通效果,此外也通过活性炭的吸附,有效避免了外界灰尘颗粒渗入,确保了玻璃透明度和洁净度;其次配合干燥中空结构,也能够吸附水分子,起到一定隔绝阻热效果,最后配合抗紫外线层,继而降低了玻璃对紫外线的吸收,综上,本发明通过多层夹馍方式,实现了耐高温阻燃作用,因此达到了很好的防火目的。
