The invention discloses a parking and safety warning linkage device for a working ladder. The parking and safety warning linkage device for the working ladder comprises a working ladder frame, fixingsupporting feet, casters, casters shafts, casters shaft supporting seats, compressed springs, screw caps, a parking and safety warning linkage device body and stairs, wherein the fixing supporting feet, the caster shafts, the casters shaft supporting seats, the compressed springs, the screw caps, the casters, the parking and safety warning linkage device body and the stairs are mounted on the working ladder frame, the casters shafts and the compressed springs are inserted into the casters shaft supporting seats, the casters shafts are connected with the compressed springs, the screw caps are connected with the caster shafts, the screw caps are connected with the casters shaft supporting seats, and the casters are mounted at the bottom ends of the casters shafts. In operation, when the working ladder frame is in the moving state or the fixing supporting feet do not land, the working ladder frame automatically extends a warning board with ''no admittance'' on a ladder path access to a person so as to prevent an operator from climbing the ladder on a ladder path for a person enters; and otherwise, when the fixing supporting feet are touched down, the warning board for no admittance isautomatically folded, the ladder path is smooth, and the operator can climb the ladder.
