The devicecomprises a box body, a heat dissipation device, a control unit, a temperature sensor, an electromagnetic switch and a prompting unit, wherein the middle front part of the box body is rotatably connected with a box door through a hinge, and the heat dissipation device is arranged at the bottom end in the box body; and the heat dissipation device comprises a motor, fan blades and a cylinder internally provided with a closed cavity. The device is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature in the machine room is higher thanthe limit of the temperature sensor, the temperature sensor sends a signal to the control unit, and the control unit sends the received signal to the electromagnetic switch to enable the electromagnetic switch to be turned on while sending the received signal to the prompting unit; the prompting unit gives an alarm to workers, the electromagnetic switch is turned on to enable the motor to be powered on to rotate, thereby enabling the fan blades to rotate for heat dissipation, heat dissipation in the machine room is accelerated, the workers do not need to open a machine room door for heat dissipation, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
