Formulas of basalt fiber reinforced plastic (BFRP) binder
The invention provides two formulas of a basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) and anchorage device binder, and particularly solves the anchoring problem of a basalt fiber reinforced polymer material. Epoxy resin 1 and epoxy resin 2 are adopted; in the epoxy resin 1, a ratio of the epoxy resin to polyamide resin to acetone to a curing agent to quartz sands is 1:1 0.45:0.15:1:15, no fiber materialis added into the formula 1, adjustment can also be performed according to the specific application environment, the proportion range of the fiber material is 0.2-0.5; and in the epoxy resin 2, the ratio of the epoxy resin to the polyamide resin to the acetone to the curing agent to the quartz sands to basalt fibers is 1:0.5:0.1:1:15:0.4, the basalt fiber material is added into the epoxy resin formula 2, the content of the basalt fibers can be adjusted according to the specific application environment, and the adjustment ratio of the fiber material is 0.2-0.5. The binder disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, relatively low in cost and relatively large in size and shape change, so that the binder can meet the anchoring requirements of the high-tensile-strength brittle anchor rod, and is wide in application range.
本发明提供两种玄武岩纤维筋(BFRP)与锚具粘结剂配方,尤其是对于玄武岩纤维筋材料的锚固问题。具体为环氧树脂1号和环氧树脂2号,环氧树脂1号材料配比为:环氧树脂:聚酰胺树脂:丙酮:固化剂:石英砂=1:0.45:0.15:1:15,1号配方中没有加入纤维材料,也可以根据具体应用环境进行调整,纤维材料比例范围为0.2‑0.5,环氧树脂2号材料配比为:环氧树脂:聚酰胺树脂:丙酮:固化剂:石英砂:玄武岩纤维=1:0.5:0.1:1:15:0.4,2号配方中加入了玄武岩纤维材料,可以根据具体应用环境对玄武岩纤维含量进行调整,纤维材料调整比例范围为0.2‑0.5。本发明粘结剂制作的工艺简单、成本较低,大小和形状的变化较多,使之可以满足高抗拉强度脆性锚杆锚固的要求,适用范围广。
