Copper slag reinforced aerated concrete block and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a copper slag reinforced aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof. The copper slag reinforced aerated concrete block is prepared from the following raw materialsin parts by weight: 120 to 130 parts of fly ash, 80 to 90 parts of fine sand, 80 to 90 parts of subway sand, 80 to 90 parts of copper slag, 75 to 83 parts of cement, 55 to 65 parts of lime, 0.60 to 0.64 part of aluminum powder paste, 16 to 22 parts of gypsum and 18 to 22 parts of nano silicon dioxide. The fine sand, subway sand and copper slag are adopted to replace a part of fly ash; through addition of the fine sand, plasticity of the building block is enhanced; through addition of the copper slag, the strength of the building block is improved; through addition of the subway sand, the defect that the formability is reduced due to reduction of the specific gravity of the raw material fly ash is overcome, and the formability of the raw materials is improved; the produced building block is high in compressive strength and good in water resistance; when the building block is prepared, the slurry hardening speed is high and the production efficiency is high.
本发明公开了铜渣增强型加气混凝土砌块及其制备方法,由以下重量份原料制成:粉煤灰120‑130、细砂80‑90、地铁砂80‑90、铜渣80‑90、水泥75‑83、石灰55‑65、铝粉膏0.60‑0.64、石膏16‑22以及纳米二氧化硅18‑22。采用细砂、地铁砂以及铜渣代替部分粉煤灰,通过细砂的加入,增强砌块塑性,铜渣的添加,提高砌块的强度,地铁砂的添加,弥补原料粉煤灰比重降低导致可成型性降低的不足,提高原料可成型性;生产出的砌块抗压强度高,耐水性好;砌块制备时浆料硬化速度快,生产效率高。
