The invention discloses an expressway vacuum grouting process which comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a prestressed concrete member, wherein the prestressed concrete member adopts a straight beam, bent beam and u-shaped beam combined rib distribution mode, and a plastic corrugated pipe is selected as a pipe used in the expressway vacuum grouting process; S2, preparing various materials, tools and equipment, ensuring enough quantity and intact quality, and ensuring normal supply of water and electric energy; S3, installing all the devices and parts are installed according to a construction drawing and connecting in sequence; S4, performing trial vacuumizing; S5, stirring the cement paste, pouring a certain amount of Portland cement, expansive cement, fly ash and water into astirrer, stirring for 2 minutes, pouring a certain amount of water reducing agent into the stirrer, and stirring for 3 minutes; and S6, grouting: specifically, a grouting valve is closed, a vacuum pump is started, when the vacuum degree reaches-0.07 MPa to-0.09 MPa, the vacuum pump is stopped, the grouting valve is opened, a grouting pump is started, and the stirred cement paste is conveyed to a grouting pipeline to be grouted.
