The invention discloses a fiber concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concretes. The fiber concrete comprises, by weight, 450-500 parts of cement, 250-300 parts of water, 1000-1200 parts of fine stone, 200-400 parts of sand, 60-80 parts of fly ash, 100-120 parts of mineral powder, 5-6 parts of a water reducing agent, 5-10 parts of calcium lactate, 1-5 parts of a repairing agent and 50-100 parts of reinforced fibers; and the repairing agent is obtained by immobilizing bacillus cohnii on expanded perlite. The fiber concrete prepared by the invention hasthe advantages of high impermeability and high mechanical strength.
