Environment-friendly thermal-insulation core material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an environment-friendly thermal-insulation core material, which is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 35-55% of kaolin; 15%-25% of organic microspheres; 5%-10% of scrap iron minerals; 5%-8% of waste glass powder; 5%-10% of bentonite; 2%-5% of talcum powder; and 2%-5% of a surfactant. According to the invention, the organic microspheres are used asa porous template in the thermal insulation core material; the organic microspheres are prepared into microspheres by adopting a spherical granulator and then are sieved; the prepared microspheres areuniform in size, organic microspheres can still not be scattered or powdered to form uniform microspheres of a porous structure after being calcined at high temperature by adopting a coke adhesive, the porous microspheres uniform in size are uniformly distributed in the heat preservation core material so that uniform pore distribution is obtained, the preparation process is controllable, the mechanical property is good, and the heat preservation effect is good.
