Carbide high-entropy ceramic fiber and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a carbide high-entropy ceramic fiber and a preparation method. The high-entropy ceramic fiber comprises at least four of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo and W elements, the carbide high-entropy ceramic fiber is in a single crystalline phase, and each element is uniformly distributed in a molecular level. The preparation method of the high-entropy ceramic fiber comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a carbide high-entropy ceramic precursor containing a target metal element, a spinning aid and a solvent to prepare a precursor spinning solution, and carrying out spinning, degumming and high-temperature solid solution treatment to prepare the carbide high-entropy ceramic fiber.
