The method comprises the steps of 1, constructing a rail foundation control network of a rail to be constructed, 2, constructing a rail foundation of the plate-type ballast bed area to be constructed, 3, measuring and setting out a rail center line control point of the to-be-constructed plate-type ballast bed area and rail slab mounting side lines of a plurality of rail slabs, 4, laying a plurality of geotextile isolation layers of the to-be-constructed plate-type ballast bed area, 5, binding a plurality of self-compacting concrete slab reinforcing meshes of the plate-type ballast bed area to be constructed, 6, laying a rail plate assembling layer of the to-be-constructed plate type ballast bed area, 7, pouring a plurality of self-compacting concrete slabs of the plate-type ballast bed area to be constructed, and 8, mounting steel rails and fasteners of the to-be-constructed plate type ballast bed area. According to the method, the fine adjustment precision of the rail plate can be improved, the assembly precision of the rail plate can be guaranteed, the forming quality of the self-compacting concrete plate can be improved by improving the grouting condition of the self-compacting concrete, and therefore the construction quality of a plate type turnout structure is improved.
