The invention is applicable to the technical field of road construction, and provides road paving gravel flattening equipment. The equipment comprises a mounting main body, a spiral flattening blade,a crushing shaft, a rotating wheel and a driving piece, wherein a flattening shaft is rotarily arranged in the mounting main body; the spiral flattening blade is fixedly arranged on the flattening shaft and is used for flattening the gravels; the crushing shaft is rotationally arranged in the mounting main body in the advancing direction of the flattening shaft, and a plurality of crushing hammersare rotationally connected to the crushing shaft; the rotating wheel is rotationally arranged at the end part of the mounting main body and is used for supporting the mounting main body; and the driving piece is used for rotating the crushing shaft and the flattening shaft. Simultaneous operation of crushing and flattening is realized; the phenomenon of non-uniform flattening caused by large stones is avoided; the spiral flattening blades are adopted for flattening, the flattening effect is good, potential energy exists in the rotating arrangement of the crushing hammer, accordingly, the thrown crushing hammer crushes broken stones, meanwhile, advancing burdens caused by the fact that the crushing hammer is embedded into the broken stones are avoided, flattening and breaking are completedthrough one driving piece, flattening equipment is simplified, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced.
本发明适用于道路施工技术领域，提供了一种道路铺设碎石摊平设备，包括：安装主体，内部转动设置有摊平轴；螺旋摊平叶，固定设置摊平轴上，用于对碎石进行摊平；破碎轴，转动设置在摊平轴前进方向的安装主体内部，其上转动连接有若干破碎锤；转动轮，转动设置在安装主体的端部，用于支撑安装主体；驱动件，用于破碎轴和摊平轴转动。实现了破碎、摊平同时作业，避免了大石造成摊平不均匀的现象出现，采用螺旋摊平叶进行摊平，摊平效果好，破碎锤转动设置存在势能，从而甩动的破碎锤将碎石敲碎，同时避免了破碎锤嵌入碎石造成前进负担，使用一个驱动件完成摊平和破碎，使摊平设备简单化，缩减了生产制造成本。
