The damper is easy to manufacture, reliable to use, convenient to install and maintain, capable of achieving two-stage energy consumption and two-way energy consumption and good in energy consumption effect, the responseof the structure under the earthquake action is remarkably reduced, the shear energy consumption discs can be replaced, the polypropylene small balls can be repeatedly used, and the maintenance costof the damper is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种两阶段剪切耗能钢板‑聚丙烯小球复合阻尼器及耗能方法:包括主缸体、副缸体,主缸体与副缸体端部插接,副缸体内中部经两个隔板围成填充区间,填充区间内设两个挡板,挡板外侧面经钢柱与主缸体内端相连接填充区间内填充有聚丙烯小球,主缸体插入副缸体的那端的上下侧沿副缸体轴向间隔设有若干凹槽A,副缸体内的设有凹槽B,凹槽B与对应的凹槽A之间形成放置区间,放置区间内插装有剪切耗能钢板,本发明阻尼器易于制造、使用可靠、安装维护方便,两阶段耗能,双向耗能,具有良好的耗能效果,显著地降低了结构在地震作用下的响应,剪切耗能碟片的可更换、聚丙烯小球的可重复利用,大大地降低了阻尼器维修的成本。
