The present invention discloses a telescopic device with an easy-to-replace waterproof sealing tape, which comprises two sealing plates that are fixedly arranged on the opposite faces of two beam bodies, wherein L-shaped plates are arranged at the two ends of each beam body, and a threaded rod is rotationally installed between the two L-shaped plates located on the same beam body through a bearing; movable blocks used for fixing one ends of the waterproof sealing tapes are arranged on the two threaded rods in a threaded penetrating manner; strip-shaped pressing plates are arranged above the two sealing plates; a plurality of mounting plates are equidistantly arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two beam bodies from front to back; a telescopic rod is fixedly arranged at the bottom of each mounting plate, the end, away from the corresponding mounting plate, of each telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the corresponding strip-shaped pressing plate close to the telescopic rod. Thedevice can quickly and conveniently complete the replacement of the waterproof sealing tape, saves time and labor, is easy to operate and has high practicability.
