The invention discloses a novel soil pressure in-situ testing device. The novel soil pressure in-situ testing device comprises a soft soil layer, a foundation pit is formed in the soft soil layer, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the soft soil layer at equal intervals, the mounting holes are formed in the periphery of the foundation pit at equal intervals, a steel reinforcement framework is arranged in the mounting holes in a penetrating mode, and a soil pressure gauge is bound to one side of the steel reinforcement framework. The invention further provides a soil pressure in-situ testing method. The soil pressure in-situ testing method comprises the following steps that S1, the foundation pit is excavated in a proper position; S2, soil pressure measuring points are arranged atthe positions needing to be tested; and S3, the steel reinforcement framework is manufactured, and a fixing ring on one side of the soil pressure gauge is enabled to abut against one side of the soilpressure gauge. According to the novel soil pressure in-situ testing device and the testing method thereof, the function of accurately testing the soil pressure in situ is achieved, the credibility ofmeasured data is improved, meanwhile, the testing cost is reduced, the measuring speed is increased, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and the testing effect is good.
