The invention discloses an open caisson. The open caisson is characterized by comprising punching holes, air flushing holes, plastic air pipes, a steel plate waterstop and a polyester ammonia waterproof layer, the punching holes are formed in the middle of a bottom plate of the open caisson, the air flushing holes are formed in the side of the bottom plate of the open caisson, the plastic air pipes are arranged on the side walls of the open caisson, the plastic exhaust pipes are connected with a total drainage pipe, and the total pipe is connected with an air compressor; and the steel plate waterstop is paved on the bottom plate of the open caisson, the steel plate waterstop is paved on the same row of air punching holes, the steel plate waterstop is paved on the same row of punching holes, and the polyester ammonia waterproof layer is arranged on the bottom plate of the open caisson. The construction quality of the open caisson is easier to be ensured, and the cost is low.
