The plate-type masonry wall tying assembly comprises plate-type pre-embedded partsfixed to a main reinforcement framework; and the plate-type pre-embedded parts comprise horizontal bottom plates fixed to the main reinforcement framework, and the outer ends of the horizontal bottomplates are provided with vertical bent plates. The using method comprises the following steps that A, the horizontal bottom plates of the pre-embedded parts are fixed to the main structure reinforcement framework, and the vertical bent plates are located on the side face of the main reinforcement framework; B, a formwork is erected outside the main structure reinforcement framework, and the innerwall of the formwork is attached to the outer surfaces of the vertical bent plates; C, concrete is poured to obtain a formed main building structure, the formwork is removed, and the vertical bent plates are separated from the main building structure; and D, a wall is built on the side face of the main building structure, the vertical bent plates are bent by 90 degrees after the wall is built to the designed height, and mounting of the plate-type pre-embedded parts is completed.
