The invention discloses a specially shaped concrete structure building method and a building method of a concrete arch, and relates to the field of construction engineering. The specially shaped concrete structure building method comprises the following steps: 1) dimensions of a protective layer and a steel bar cage of a steel bar concrete part are respectively obtained; 2) dimension of a contourformwork with an opening at the top is obtained according to the dimensions of the protective layer and the steel bar cage; 3) a 3D printer is used to prefabricate the contour formwork, and the steelbar bar cage is prefabricated at the same time; 4) after completion of solidification maintenance of the contour formwork, the steel bar cage is loaded into the contour formwork; and 5) concrete is injected to the contour formwork. According to the method, the contour formwork of the specially shaped concrete structure is obtained via 3D concrete printing, and the method can be applied to different specially shaped structure and has wider application range. The 3D printing process ensures rapid forming speed, and can significantly lower personnel labor intensity and labor cost. Compared to a steel mold, the concrete structure is lower in cost, does not cause waste, and can further lower the cost.
本发明公开一种异形混凝土结构建造方法及混凝土拱的建造方法,涉及建筑工程领域,包括以下步骤:1)分别得到保护层与钢筋混凝土部分中钢筋笼的尺寸;2)根据保护层与钢筋笼的尺寸得到顶部带敞口的轮廓模板的尺寸;3)利用3D打印机预制轮廓模板,同时预制钢筋笼;4)轮廓模板凝固养护完成后,将钢筋笼放入轮廓模板中;5)向轮廓模板中浇筑混凝土;由此本发明通过3D混凝土打印异形混凝土结构的轮廓模板,能够适用于各种异形结构,应用范围更广;3D打印过程不仅成型速度快,而且能够显著降低人员劳动强度和人员成本;混凝土较钢制模具而言成本更低,且不会造成浪费,能够进一步降低成本。
