Civil engineering structure reinforcement device
The invention relates to a reinforcement device, in particular to a civil engineering structure reinforcement device. The civil engineering structure reinforcement device includes a connecting frame,a first electric telescopic rod, a rack, a transverse rack, a gear, a sector tooth, first connecting rods, a second connecting rod and foundation parts; the rack and two foundation parts can be synchronously close to or far away from each other; then, the rear end face of the rack and the inner end faces of two foundation parts are used for clamping a civil engineering structure, and three-directional reinforcement is stable; the internal end faces of the two foundation parts can also be used for clamping the civil engineering structure separately; two first connecting rods, the two foundationparts, and the rack are used for surrounding the civil engineering structure, the civil engineering structure can be clamped and fixed so as to prevent tilting; if the civil engineering structure hasalready tilted, the two foundation parts are close to each other, the first connecting rods and the second connecting rod tilt towards so that the civil engineering structure is straightened; and ifthe bottom of the civil engineering structure has lost a support at the bottom, at that moment, two columns will move inwards, two bottom plates also move inwards, the bottom plates are used as pads placed on the two sides of the bottom of the civil engineering structure and to be a foundation of the civil engineering structure.
本发明涉及加固装置,更具体的说是一种土木结构加固装置。包括连接机架、电动伸缩杆Ⅰ、齿条、横向机架、齿轮、扇形齿、连杆Ⅰ、连杆Ⅱ和基础部,齿条和两个基础部可同步靠近或远离;进而利用齿条的后端面和两个基础部的内端面抱夹土木结构进行加固,三向加固平稳;也可单独用两个基础部的内端面抱夹土木结构;利用两个连杆Ⅰ、两个基础部和齿条围绕土木结构,可将土木结构抱住进行加固防止倾倒,若土木结构已经倾斜,使两个基础部互相靠近,进而位于一侧的连杆Ⅰ和连杆Ⅱ向内侧倾斜,将土木结构扶正;若土木结构的底部已经缺失底部的支撑物,此时两个柱也会向内运动,两个底板向内运动,利用底板垫在土木底部的两侧充当土木结构的地基。
