The invention provides a safe anti-explosion tank. The safe anti-explosion tank comprises a tank body and a cover plate, wherein the tank body is used for inflating a pressure vessel; the cover plateis detachably arranged on the top of the tank body; water is stored in the tank body; the tank body is of a multi-layer structure and comprises a concrete layer and a steel plate layer; reinforcing bar columns which are distributed at equal intervals are also arranged in the concrete; scale lines are also arranged on the reinforcing bar columns; and the cover plate is pushed by the explosive energy to move up and down along the reinforcing bar columns. The safe anti-explosion tank can effectively reduce the hazard of the explosion of the pressure vessel in the inflation process, reduces the impact on the surrounding environment and operators, meanwhile can improve the safety when an inflation device is used for inflating the pressure vessel, has a cooling effect in the inflation process, detects air leakage during inflation, can also be used for detecting the explosive power of the pressure vessel, is convenient to detect the specific conditions of vibration waves and shock waves whenthe pressure vessel explodes, and is convenient for guiding the wide application of the pressure vessel in different fields, such as oil extraction, oil exploration, natural gas exploration, and ore extraction.
