The door handle comprises a handle body, an upper connecting piece anda lower connecting piece, the handle body is internally provided with a mixing cavity arranged in the middle of the handle body, a mixing mechanism and two storage cavities, the mixing mechanism comprises a mixing pipe which is fixedly arranged in the mixing cavity, the upper end and the lower end of the mixing pipe are open, piston blocks are slidably connected to the two ends of the mixing pipein a sealed mode, the parts, located on the outer side of the mixing pipe, of the piston blocks are slidably connected with the mixing cavity in a sealed mode, the piston blocks and the mixing cavityform closed temporary storage cavities, the two piston blocks and the mixing pipe form a closed extrusion cavity, the temporary storage cavities communicate with the extrusion cavity through one-wayinput pipes, and one-way injection holes are formed in the two sides of the extrusion cavity; and the two storage cavities are formed in the handle body, and the two storage cavities communicate withthe two temporary storage cavities in a one-to-one correspondence mode. According to the door handle, by arranging an elastic plate, the door handle is automatically disinfected after a user holds thedoor handle every time, and the situation of the cross infection is effectively avoided.
