The invention discloses a safety lock cylinder comprising an outer lock cylinder set, an inner lock cylinder set, a lock shell and a pull-resisting stir wheel. The lock shell is provided with a wide groove containing the pull-resisting stir wheel. The end face on the side, close to the outer lock cylinder set, of the wide groove is further provided with a thin and long easy-to-break groove. The outer ring of the stir wheel is provided with a groove. The lock shell is correspondingly provided with a boss extending into the groove so as to limit the stir wheel and prevent the stir wheel from being pulled out. The safety lock cylinder is further provided with an inner stopping block structure which can be arranged on a main shaft in a sleeving manner. After the outer lock cylinder set is disengaged, the inner stopping block automatically falls into a gap below the inner stopping block to stop an inner transmission piece from moving inward. The safety lock cylinder solves the problem thatan original lock cylinder is poor in pull-resisting performance and low in safety.
