The invention provides a refrigerator hinge assembly and a refrigerator. The refrigerator hinge assembly comprises an upper hinge and a lower hinge. A hinge body containing groove for containing the hinge body is formed in the refrigerator door body. The hinge body comprises a base horizontally fixed to the refrigerator body and movable arms capable of being folded and opened in the direction of the base. Movable arm fixing seats are correspondingly and fixedly arranged on the bottom face of the movable arm of the upper hinge and the top face of the movable arm of the lower hinge. Mounting grooves for containing the movable arm fixing seats in a matched manner and communicated with the hinge body containing groove are correspondingly formed in the upper side and the lower side of the refrigerator door body. The mounting grooves form openings capable of mounting fasteners between the movable arm fixing seats and the movable arms. The refrigerator comprises the refrigerator body and the refrigerator door body with the refrigerator hinge assembly.
