The invention provides a window body structure for a passive house. The window body structure comprises a window frame, wherein vacuum glass and common glass are arranged on the window frame in parallel, the vacuum glass is arranged on the outer side of the window frame in a liftable mode through a first lifting mechanism, and the common glass is arranged on the inner side of the window frame in aliftable mode through a second lifting mechanism. The window body structure further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the first lifting mechanism, the second lifting mechanism and an air conditioning system of the passive house. When the air conditioning system is started, the first lifting mechanism controls the vacuum glass to descend, the second lifting mechanism controls the common glass to ascend, the indoor and outdoor heat exchange amount is reduced, and then the energy consumption of the air conditioning system is reduced. When the air conditioning system is stopped, the first lifting mechanism controls the vacuum glass to ascend, the second lifting mechanism controls the common glass to descend, and the overall transparency of a windowbody is guaranteed.
