The invention discloses a multifunctional security door ventilation window. The security door ventilation window comprises a fixed mounting frame embedded on a security door, an adapter frame and a ventilation door. The adapter frame is opened and closed in an inner opening of the fixed mounting frame in a horizontal rotating or horizontal pushing manner. The outer edge of the adapter frame and the inner opening of the fixed mounting frame are in closed fit. The moving ventilation door capable of closing an inner opening of the adapter frame is mounted in the inner opening of the adapter frame. The opening and closing manner of the ventilation door in the inner opening of the adapter frame is different from the opening and closing manner of the adapter frame in the inner opening of the fixed mounting frame. An adapter frame door lock is arranged between the fixed mounting frame and the adapter frame. The security door ventilation window can be opened and closed in two different manners, users can select the opening manners according to self hobbies and actual requirements, the ventilation comfort degree is increased, privacy is protected, and meanwhile, the multifunctional securitydoor ventilation window can be used as a drop-in opening of express items, takeouts and other small objects and has the advantages that use is convenient and the opening manners can be switched flexibly.
