The invention relates to a local improvement method for sandy soil greening plantation land. The local improvement method comprises the following steps of: S1: introducing out underground water; and S2: placing a plant growing bag: when underground water permeates to be below a construction surface, placing the plant growing bag on the construction surface. The S1 comprises the following steps of:S1-1 place leveling: leveling the surface of sandy soil to form a construction surface, surveying the construction surface to obtain the elevation of the underground water; and S1-2: constructing a plastic water draining plate: booting the plastic water draining plate, and beating one end of the plastic water draining plate to be below the construction surface to enable the other end of the plastic water draining plate to be positioned above the construction surface. In the local improvement method, the plastic water draining plate is arranged to attract underground interstitial water to be above the construction surface for seeds in the plant growing bag to grow, manual watering is avoided, and meanwhile, seed growth speed is quickened.
