The hammer comprises a hammer head, a sliding column, an external thread, a sliding groove B, aring sleeve A, a spring A, a volute spiral spring, a limiting block, a spring B, a ring sleeve C, an internal thread and a liquid bag, wherein the sliding column axially rotates in a circular groovein end surface of the hammer head and is axially matched with the circular groove in sliding manner, the spring A for resetting the sliding column is mounted in the circular groove, in the process ofhammering the floor tile, the light hammer head firstly acts on the floor tile, the sliding column gradually moves towards the floor tile under the action of the compressed spring A and gradually applies kinetic energy of the sliding column to the floor tile through the spring A, impact damage of the hammer to the floor tile is reduced to the maximum extent while enough hammering force is providedfor the floor tile, and the same function as a traditional rubber hammer is achieved; and the hammer has multiple purposes and has high use efficiency.
