The invention discloses a ceramsite composite heat-preservation brick production process and belongs to the field of heat-preservation brick production processes. During the manufacturing process of aheat-preservation brick body, no interface agents and special mortar are adopted, and high-strength light-weight aggregates are adopted; through the adding of an efficient water-reducing agent, the block matrix concrete mix proportion is optimized; the process equipment is improved; a ceramsite composite heat-preservation brick with the light-weight, heat-preservation, high-strength, anti-seismicand fire-resistant properties is manufactured by filling the cavity of a brick matrix with ultra-light foam concrete and adopting several other measures, so as to meet the requirements for the environment-friendly and building energy-saving properties of a building material; compared with a conventional brick, the ceramsite composite heat-preservation brick has greater thermal-insulating, heat-preservation, anti-permeability, anti-freezing, light-weight and soundproof properties; through the improvement of composite, the entire mass of the heat-preservation brick body is reduced; and meanwhile, the entire thermal conductivity of the heat-preservation brick body is reduced through gas filled in holes formed among filling fibers, and the heat-preservation effect of the heat-preservation brick body is improved.
