The invention discloses a slag cement. The slag cement is prepared from, by weight, 30-60% of clinker, 20-40% of mineral powder, 5-15% of gypsum, 5-12% of auxiliary materials and 0.05-0.20% of an excitant, wherein the auxiliary materials are fly ash, titanium dioxide and modified rubber particles, and the excitant is a mixture of calcium sulfate, sodium metachlorate and organic ammonium salt. Theearly-stage compressive strength of the slag cement meets the national standard, and the application range is wide.
