The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials. The invention discloses a concrete anti-cracking and self-repairing composition. Graphene oxide, bacillus cohnii bacterial liquid, calcium lactate/calcium formate, sodium silicate and a nutrient solution are uniformly mixed to obtain composition slurry, and the composition slurry and concrete are fully and uniformly mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: (2.8-4) to prepare concrete with self-repairing capability. The graphene oxide can form a barrier layer with a wide range in a cement matrix, so that the tortuosity of transmission resistance and a permeation path is increased, pores of a pore structure of a cement-based material are narrowed, the crack resistance of concrete is improved, meanwhile, viscous sites can beprovided for bacillus cohnii, and the death rate of bacteria in a strong alkali environment is reduced.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明公开了一种混凝土抗裂与自修复的组合物,通过将将氧化石墨烯、科氏芽孢杆菌菌液、乳酸钙/甲酸钙、硅酸钠与营养液混合均匀,得到该组合物浆液。将该组合物浆液与混凝土按照1:2.8~4的重量比充分混合均匀来制备有自修复能力的混凝土。本发明中的氧化石墨烯可在水泥基质中形成范围宽广的阻挡层,增大传输阻力与渗透路径的曲折度,使水泥基材料的孔结构孔隙变窄,提升混凝土的抗裂能力,同时可为科氏芽孢杆菌提供粘性位点,降低强碱环境下细菌的死亡率。
