Sprayable waterproof, anticorrosion, erosion-resistant and high-strength mortar and using method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, in particular to sprayable waterproof, anticorrosion, erosion-resistant and high-strength mortar and a using method thereof. The sprayable waterproof, anticorrosion, erosion-resistant and high-strength mortar is prepared from the following raw materials: sand, cement, an expanding agent, epoxy resin, a water reducing agent, aluminum powder, a defoaming agent and a thickening agent. The using method of the sprayable waterproof, anticorrosion, erosion-resistant and high-strength mortar comprises the following specific steps: S1,sieving raw materials are sieved, namely, the raw materials are weighed according to a set mass proportion and are separately placed beside a stirrer, sand is sieved through vibrating screen equipment with the pore diameter being 2mm and then put into the stirrer, aluminum powder is sieved through a 300-mesh vibrating screen and then put into the stirrer, and then an expanding agent, epoxy resin,a water reducing agent and the aluminum powder are put into the stirrer; and S2, water is injected and mixing is performed, namely, a certain proportion of water is added into the stirrer for mixingand pre-stirring. The product is better in waterproof, anticorrosion and erosion-resistant performance and high enough in strength.
