The invention discloses a ternary composite phase-change thermal-insulation foam building material and a preparation method thereof. The ternary composite phase-change thermal-insulation foam buildingmaterial comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-50 parts of Portland cement, 20-35 parts of river sand, 15-25 parts of slag powder, 5-10 parts of basalt fiber, 15-35 parts of phase-change thermal-insulation aggregate, 8-12 parts of a composite foaming agent and 45-55 parts of water. According to the phase-change heat-preservation aggregate, modified silicon oxide aerogel serves as a carrier, immobilized decanoic acid, palmitic acid and dodecanol are adsorbed, and calcium carbonate is used for hole sealing and embedding treatment. The composite foaming agent is prepared bymixing soybean protein, wool hydrolyzed protein liquid, lauryl sodium sulfate and triethanolamine according to the mass ratio of 1: (3-6): (0.5-0.8): (0.15-0.2). The building material has the characteristics of being porous, light, capable of preserving heat and insulating heat, high in mechanical strength, durable, weather-proof, resistant to creep and the like, and can improve the indoor comfort.
