High-magnesium desulfurized gypsum paper-surface gypsum board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-magnesium desulfurized gypsum plaster board and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum plaster board comprises a board core and surface protection paper on the outer side of the board core. The board core is prepared from, by mass, 100 parts of desulfurized gypsum raw materials, 60-75 parts of water, 0.5-10 parts of zeolite, 0.05-0.2 part of glass fibers, 0.2-1 partof retarder and 0.2-1 part of starch. The side, contacting with the board core, of the surface protection paper is coated with the zeolite. The preparation method of the board core comprises the following steps of: crushing the zeolite and desulfurized gypsum raw material, drying and grinding the zeolite and desulfurized gypsum raw material, and mixing the dried and ground zeolite and desulfurized gypsum raw material with the glass fibers to obtain a mixture; mixing the water, retarder and starch to prepare a mixed solution; uniformly mixing the mixed solution with the mixture to obtain gypsum slurry; and spraying the gypsum slurry on the surface protection paper sprayed with a mixed solution of an adsorption material and starch in advance, and carrying out molding, solidification, drying, lamination, edge sawing, edge sealing and packaging to obtain the gypsum plaster board.
