The invention provides a gypsum plaster board and a preparation method thereof. The gypsum plaster board comprises a board core and a surface protection paper; the raw materials of the board core comprise desulfurized gypsum clinker and plant fibers; and and one side, in contact with the board core, of the surface protection paper is roughened. In addition, the raw materials of the board core cancomprise the following raw materials: desulfurized gypsum clinker, water, zeolite, glass fibers, a retarder, modified starch and plant fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps that: the desulfurized gypsum, zeolite and glass fibers are uniformly mixed to prepare a mixture 1; the water, retarder, modified starch and plant fibers are uniformly mixed to prepare a mixture 2; the mixture 1 and the mixture 2 are uniformly mixed to prepare gypsum slurry; the gypsum slurry and the surface protection paper are in lap joint with and firmly bonded to each other so as to be subjected to molding to obtain a wet board; and after the wet board is solidified, the wet board enters a drying machine, and the dried wet board is the gypsum plaster board. According to the gypsum plaster board prepared by the invention, under harsh test conditions, the board core and the surface protection paper are not stripped, and a bonding effect is good.
本发明提供了一种纸面石膏板及其制备方法，纸面石膏板包括板芯和护面纸板芯的原料中包含脱硫石膏熟料以及植物纤维；所述护面纸为护面纸与板芯接触的一侧经过打毛处理的护面纸。此外，所述板芯原料可以包括下列原料：脱硫石膏熟料、水、沸石、玻璃纤维、缓凝剂、改性淀粉和植物纤维。所述制备方法包括：将脱硫石膏、沸石和玻璃纤维均匀混合制得混合料1，将水、缓凝剂、改性淀粉和植物纤维均匀混合制得混合料2，将混合料1与混合料2混合均匀制成石膏料浆；将石膏料浆与护面纸搭接粘牢成型，制得湿板；待湿板凝固后，进入干燥机，经干燥后的湿板即为纸面石膏板。本发明制得的纸面石膏板在苛刻的测试条件下，板芯与护面纸不剥离，粘接效果好。
