The invention discloses a slow-release high-slump-loss-resistance polycarboxylic acid concrete water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent comprises a reaction unit, a chain transfer agent, a reducing agent, an oxidizing agent and water; and the reaction unit comprises a polyether macromonomer, an acrylic monomer and a carboxylic ester monomer. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding the polyether macromonomer and water into a reaction container, and fully stirring the polyether macromonomer and the water to obtain a base material forlater use; adding an acrylic monomer, a carboxylic ester monomer and a chain transfer agent into water to prepare a solution A for later use; dissolving a reducing agent in water to prepare a solution B for later use; adding an oxidizing agent into the base material, dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B, performing reaction and heat preservation after finishing dropwise addition, adding liquid caustic soda and adding water. With the slow-release high-slump-loss-resistance polycarboxylic acid concrete water reducing agent and the preparation method thereof of the invention adopted, the slump loss rate of concrete can be controlled, and the fluidity and slump loss resistance of the concrete can be adjusted. According to the synthesis process, slump loss can be controlled underthe condition that a water reducing rate is guaranteed, and the phenomena of segregation, bleeding, bottom scraping and the like of concrete prepared from inferior gravel materials can be well avoided.
本发明公开了一种缓释高保坍聚羧酸混凝土减水剂及其制备方法，该减水剂包括反应单元、链转移剂、还原剂、氧化剂和水，反应单元包括聚醚大单体、丙烯酸类单体和羧酸酯类单体。其制备方法为：将聚醚大单体与水加入反应容器中，充分搅拌得到底料，备用；将丙烯酸类单体、羧酸酯类单体与链转移剂加入水中，配制成A溶液，备用；将还原剂溶于水中，配制成B溶液，备用；将氧化剂加入到底料中，滴加A、B溶液，滴加完成后，反应保温，加液碱，加水。本发明能够控制混凝土坍落度损失的速率，调节混凝土的流动性和保坍性。本发明的合成工艺能在保证减水率条件下控制坍落度损失，对劣质砂石材料配制的混凝土出现的离析、泌水、扒底等现象能够较好地解决。
