The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, in particular to a stacked combined side ditch and a road comprising the stacked combined side ditch. The stacked combined side ditchcomprises a low-position side ditch and a high-position side ditch, the high-position side ditch comprises components A and components B, the components A comprise two side plates and a bottom plate,and the components B comprise a side plate and a bottom plate; the components A are close to a mountain body and are alternately arranged with the components B; sunken steps are arranged on a bottom plate of each component A and the inner wall surface of a side plate of the component A close to a road; and the front ends and the rear ends of the side plates and the bottom plates of the componentsB are respectively lapped and fixed on the sunken steps of the components A; a gap is reserved between the low-position side ditch body and a mountain body to form a concrete filling cavity, the widthof a bottom plate of the component B is smaller than that of a bottom plate of the component A to form a notch communicated with the concrete filling cavity, and concrete is poured into the notch andfills the notch to be flat. When the stacked combined side ditch is laid on a turning road section, an assembly gap between the high-position side ditch bodies does not need to be repaired, and the stacked combined side ditch is attractive and practical.
