The invention discloses an oil-water spraying device and a rubber-tyred road roller. The oil-water spraying device comprises a first oil tank, a smearing mechanism and an oil spraying mechanism, wherein the first oil tank is connected with the rubber-tyred road roller through an oil tank support, the oil spraying mechanism comprises an oil feeding main pipe connected to the lower end of the firstoil tank, and the lower end of the oil feeding main pipe is connected with multiple sets of transversely-arranged oil spraying assemblies through oil feeding transverse pipes; the smearing mechanism comprises a first smearing support, the first smearing support is located behind the oil feeding main pipe and connected with the first oil tank and the road roller shell, the lower end of the first smearing support is connected with a plurality of sets of oil smearing assemblies, and each rubber tyre in the rubber-tyred road roller is matched with one set of oil smearing assembly; the oil smearingassembly comprises a left end face smearing roller and a right end face smearing roller. The left end face smearing roller and the right end face smearing roller are connected with the first smearingsupport through a first elastic supporting rod and a second elastic supporting rod respectively. The device can be used for well smearing the rubber tyre of the rubber-tyred road roller, and is highin working efficiency and high in safety.
